OK, Just one more quick comment - I totally agree with you on what you said about google and doubleclick. And personally I don't see any issue with their merger.
However there is something that you have overlooked.... - Performics, A search engine marketing company is owned by DoubleClick. So if Google acquires doubleclick, they are acquiring its child (Performaics) too!
Now I am wondering what would be the impact on the SEM companies when everyone will know that 'GOOGLE owns a SEM company". And they might get a feeling that Performics can get them to top and stuffs like that :)
